Registration

All participants have to register for information, attendance, and presenting in the congress. 

The fee for registration would be at different categories:

• Full delegate:

  – Early bird: $450 ≈ 11.925.000 VND (From October 01, 2025 to March 15, 2026)

  – Regular: $500 ≈ 13.250.000 VND (From March 16, 2026 to May 30, 2026)

• Student delegate:

  – Early bird: $100 ≈ 2.650.000 VND (From October 01, 2025 to March 15, 2026)

  – Regular: $250 ≈ 6.625.000 VND (From March 16, 2026 to May 30, 2026)

• Gala dinner (Limited Number of Tickets): $100 ≈ 2.650.000 VND
